I downloaded the most recent version of pascalscript from github. The help directory has a *.dox file. How do I open this? Where can I find help on pascalscript?

if you view that file in any text editor like Notepad, you will see

; This file is maintained by Doc-O-Matic, do not edit manually.
I can recommend to use Home · remobjects/pascalscript Wiki · GitHub instead
