Printing problem and exception

Description:
After printing a selection of source code, if I place the cursor somewhere in the text and I do ENTER an exception occurs.

With the current version of Elements (9.1.100.2075) and Visual Studio 2015 I can not reproduce this problem.

In Visual Studio 2015 it works perfectly, although interestingly the selection field in the printer dialog box is not shown automatically selected (initially).

In Visual Studio 2013 the selection field is checked automatically and the problem occurs.
To reproduce the problem in Visual Studio 2013 follow these steps:

Select a text.
Prints.
Click with the cursor outside the selected text.
Press the ENTER key.
