Hi,

I have set up an relativity server but can’t remember the login codes.
Is there a way to overide the existing admin login with an new login?

note-
The relativity server is running on windows server 2008 and we have admin access.

Hello Jonas.

The easiest way to reset Relativity login/password is to delete LoginProvider.config file that is placed in “Users\All Users\RemObjects Software\Relativity” folder and to (re)strart Relativity server. After this default settings will be restored (default Administrator/Relativity admin user, default 7099 port, etc )

Apparently the problem was not my user name but my port.
I forgot i changed it. For those who want to know:

You can change your port at location C:\ProgramData\RemObjects Software\RelativityRelativity.xml
