Renaming files destroys your project in VS

Seen in Oxygene, but I think in all languages.

To reproduce: Create a new Oxygene Winforms (.Net Framework) project.
Add some files and forms, work in them, occasionally rename the code files.

Forms break because the designer and resx files are not renamed with it, pas files are renamed but not updated in the project file.

I know it wasn’t solved yet, but just confirmed again in 2544 (in Mercury that is)
