I have version 1.0.11 of the BETA app, and since last week, the app itself is giving notifications of new downloads, but they are not showing on the app. when I open the app, all i see is the beta for teh Help Viewer, and hte latest release version of Elements. Nothing else.
I’m running this on iOS 8.1 2, for the record. I get the same result on my iPhone and iPad.
On my Iphone 5 and iOS 8.1.3 the app crashes just after opening.
This is the same for me. Looking at the device console log, the following line stands out:

The push notifications work (in that I get notification there is an update), but I can’t see what the updates are.

Beta[2143] <Warning>: Registered with serverThis could be a side effect of the last beta drop only coming in Elements and Silver flavors, and not with Oxygene-only and C#-only downloads — if you only own Oxygene. This confuses the download page (which also drives the XML that Beta reads), and was an oversight on my part. The next beta drop will contain all SKUs again.
i had a few people report this, but i cannot report this. The previous build had some crash issues which i fixed for the current one, but i can’t get the current one t crash here :(.
Any change you or Jeremy could send me a full crash log with a stack trace, available in Xcode’s Organizer when you attach the device, as well as the section of the main device log surrounding the crash?

I don’t get a crash, just the list of products shown is just these same as the screen shot I sent you the other day. Even with today’s DA beta release, I got the notification (and downloaded some from the portal beta) but the beta app hasn’t changed (though it did force me to login again today though not a different list) .
Really weird. But you do get Fire and HelpViewer, even after refresh?

Yes, I get the help viewer in beta downloads, and the fire release 80.0.81.1681, though nothing happens if I tap on them.

I have a full suite subscription, but at the same time your renewal system thinks my Oxygene subscription expired…since I purchased Oxy PRIOR to my full suite subscription. Could that be related in any way?
Also, when I go to the portal, I do see all the available beta downloads. Its just on the BETA app where it fails.

Very weird.
it shouldn’t, no. That the renewal page offers you to renew Oxygene is expected. That system simply doesn’t know that the Suite is a super-set of Oxygene (and even if it did, you could have two separate licenses, for tow developers, for all the website knows).
I’ll need to do more debugging. This (the missing items, NOT the crash) is new since last Friday’s beta release only? or new since you guys updated to the latest Beta.app?

How can I extract full crash log with a stack trace if I only have installed Beta from store and cannot debug\compile it on device using Oxygene because RemObject.SDK is not available?
Assuming you’re using Xcode 6, then open the devices (it’s in organiser in earlier Xcode) and plug your device in and look at ‘view device logs’ and if there is a crash log then you can see it.
Just to keep you updated - the Beta app did NOT work on either my ipad of iPhone for this latest release on Friday. All I see still is the help viewer app, and release download for Elements.

Got it! Turns out there’s a compiler bug that got only hit in Release (Optimize=true) mode. New version 1.0.13 has been submitted that should fix this.
