Will Pascal Script and ASQLite3 from the repository work on all of the platforms supported by Delphi yet?

No. Pascalscript works on Delphi for Windows on 32 and 64. FreePascal Linux x86, x86_64 too (I think), ARM and PowerPC. None of the Delphi ARC targets are supported.
ASQLite3 is designed for windows only
