Using an initializer as a function ref

IDE: Visual Studio X/Fire
Version: 10.0.0.2407 (develop)
Target (If relevant): OSX
Description:
Swift permits referencing an initializer, with possible argument names, as a function.
This works for normal (static) functions, but not initializers.
Expected Behavior:
Compiles.
Actual Behavior:
“E: Syntax error [<file> (<line>)]”
Steps:

struct S {
 init(empty: Void) {}
}

let s = S.init(empty:) // Error Here
