Visual Studio missing Peek Definition on right click

Any reason why Peek Definition should not be an option working with Mercury + WinForms (.Net Framework 4.7.2)?

If I create a regular .NET Framework WinForms VB.NET project, when I right click on some code that calls another function or subroutine, I see Peek Definition as one of the options:
Peek_visible

But if I create a .NET Framework WinForms Mercury project, I do not see the Peek Definition option at all.
