Visual Studio Post Build not working?

When click “Post-Build Event” it pops up Pre-build Event Commandline dialog.

is this with latest? I thought this was fixed. is juts the caption wrong, or does it actually edit the wrong script?

The latest Elements. The dialog is wrong also the script is wrong too
