Some of my VS settings like “enable outlining mode” are often ignored. They are ignored only if a RemObjects project is loaded in VS.
It happens mainly the first time the source file is opened. If I repeatedly open the same source file, my settings for that file are honored (so the bug goes away for that file, but comes back once VS is restarted). I’m using version 10.0.0.2265.
