Trying to use the mcp server with Water. Some tools work, but the ones that would require user confirmation always return permission denied. Like addBreakpoint. It doesn’t matter if Tool access is configured as Ask or Never Ask. There is never a petition to allow shown in the UI when they are called via the mcp.
I tried all three, but that seems to be ignored for tools called via the mcp. I do see confirmation messages when I use an api key and the chat window.
What client are you using?

No full build to share yet, sorry, as I have a few balls in the air that have to land first. Hopefully tomorrow (also for the Delphi import).

has fixes for this and the Delphi SDK import Windows/arm64 issue
