Webassembly projects are not marked as Web projects

The web assembly projects of Mercury are not marked as Web projects, so they won’t show in VS2019 when you select the web project types, but anly when you select all platforms.

That whole category system in VS is a mess, ever since VS2017. blows my my mind how anyone uses this dialog. But I’ll log for Vika to have a look.
