What software/tool is recommended to post process the XmlDoc?

For .NET, I’m using Document! X from Innovasys. It can also be used for Java documentation, but I’ve not tested it. The output can be changed using different templates.
I have an updated configuration file that permits Oxygene syntax (with some glitches, because the product is not compatible with some syntaxes).
The FIVB assemblies are written in Oxygene and the documentation (currently not complete) is available publicly.
Web output can be looked at DataWPF assembly documentation.
Chm output can be download at VIS SDK documentation.
