Where have my service library groups gone?

I’ve just opened my service library for the first time since upgrading to 9.4 and all my groups have gone!

I’m left with a flat list of every single object in my library.

What on earth is going on?

can you sent to support@ your RODL, pls?

My RODL hasn’t changed and still seems to contain the groups, they just won’t show in the library editor. I’ll send it to the support email address.

what build you are using?

I can’t reproduce any problems with 9.4.109.1375

9.4.109.1375 was released a week ago

if EW license manager is crashed on your pc, read License manager terminates immediately on launch topic

Did need the licence manager fix but I’m afraid the upgrade hasn’t corrected the service builder, it’s still showing a flat list as per the screenshot I sent.

can you send a new screenshot taken with .1375?

Sent but it looks exactly the same

If I try validating it then it strips out the entire Groups section from the top of the RODL file, together with all the Group Under tags.

can you remove/backup C:\Program Files (x86)\RemObjects Software\RemObjects SDK (Common) folder and reinstall RO/DA, will it improve situation?
